DeMarcus Cousins is playing in his first NBA Finals with the Golden State Warriors, and the former All-Star big man is enjoying every bit of it.

Cousins, who has never played in the playoffs before joining the Warriors, plays down the pressure of performing on basketball's biggest stage and said he neither fears the moment or feels uncomfortable playing.

“I enjoy big games, I enjoy big moments. I’m not fearful of them. I’m not uncomfortable in those situations… so I’m good,” Cousins said during a media scrum on Saturday, via 95.7 The Game.

The 28-year-old center is coming off a torn quad that kept him sidelined since Game 2 of their first round series against the Los Angeles Clippers. He returned to the Dubs' lineup in Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors.

Cousins played only eight minutes in his return, and he was non-impactful in his short stint after posting just two points, two rebounds and two steals in Golden State's 118-109 loss. Head coach Steve Kerr, however, is expected to play Cousins even more as they try to get him comfortable playing at a high level again as soon as possible.

It's worth noting that Cousins put up nine points, nine rebounds, four assists and one steal in their opening round against the Clippers, during which he fouled out after 21 minutes of action.

The Warriors will try to even the series against the Raptors in Game 2 on Sunday, and so they would be hoping for the best from Cousins who could undoubtedly change the momentum for them.
