After the introduction of the Golden State Warriors' partnership with Rakuten, Draymond Green shed light on what's been a very busy offseason — one that has seen many faces in different places, from old to new — all taking part in this swap frenzy.

“It's been a lot of moves, for sure,” said Green. “I think what stood out the most to me is some guys you don't know what team they're on. With so many moves that's happened, there's so many moves that float under the radar, just because they were so many big moves.”

Various teams have been forced to be aggressive this summer due to the formation of super teams in both conferences, urged to compete and give themselves a fighting chance to dethrone teams like the Warriors and other powerhouses that have established themselves as contenders.

“You're talking Kyrie, Jimmy, PG. I don't know if we've ever had a summer where those type of guys are on the move,” added Green. “The thing that stood out the most to me is the amount of guys that were on the move and the amount of big men that were on the move. You very rarely see that and none of them were free agents, all of them were trades. That's very interesting.”

Even the Warriors were able to retain seven of their players and re-sign them to deals, ranging from starters like Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant to key cogs off the bench like Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston.

The NBA season is just a weeks away and with the start of training camp only days from taking place, these new faces will soon have to figure out what's expected of them in their new destinations.
