Turns out Draymond Green is a sharer. Taking to Instagram to celebrate the birth of his first child with fiancee Hazel Renee, the Warriors' big man not only welcomed the bundle of joy, but detailed the intense labor process Renee went through in delivering the baby. All told, Green explained that his bride-to-be underwent 27 hours (!) of labor without any assistance of pain medication (!!).

Not to mention that she appeared to have endured the whole ordeal while rocking a mask.

Captioned with the hashtag “The Mob 5”, the child is the fifth member of the clan shared by Green and Renee, with each having kids from previous marriages.

While Green appears overjoyed at the successful birth, the forward will unfortunately have a short turnaround before returning to the Warriors in preparation for the start of the season in three weeks. Though the organization has endured injury concerns to its top players over the last two years, Draymond has remained a consistent presence for the Bay Area franchise despite the turnover. Entering the season with hopes of making another postseason run, the Warriors are expected to pair Green with the newly drafted James Wiseman in the interior, harnessing the defensive instincts of both, to mitigate opposing offenses.

With the team's first exhibition match currently scheduled to take place in six days against the Denver Nuggets, Green will likely take the court for the first time since April when the NBA shuttered over concerns about the Covid-19 pandemic.

Though it will be a challenge taking the floor after such a prolonged layoff, it sounds relatively easy after reading Draymond's description of what his fiancee just went through.
