Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green, now a CNN contributor, believes the NBA should keep playing despite the tragic Jacob Blake shooting in Wisconsin.

The Milwaukee Bucks boycotted their Game 5 against the Orlando Magic on Wednesday and the rest of the teams in the playoffs followed suit.

However, games are set to resume on Saturday after players and owners had a heated meeting on Wednesday and Thursday.

Green, one of the most outspoken players in the NBA, says the Walt Disney bubble is the perfect platform for players to continue to speak out on racism in America.

Brooklyn Nets superstar point guard Kyrie Irving was one of the players who didn't want the season to resume in the first place because he speculated the return of sports would take the attention off of the Black Lives Matter movement and the racial injustices African Americans are fighting for.

The Jacob Blake shooting affected everyone in the NBA, mostly the Black players since Blake is an African American man who is now paralyzed from the waist down despite being unarmed and not committing a crime.

Draymond Green has a point when he says the players won't be able to speak up for the Blake family (for example) if they leave the Walt Disney bubble. With that being said, it appears the players have realized that and are ready to complete the 2020 playoffs.
