The NBA Playoffs are right around the corner and now is the time to get those predictions in. In a recent interview with The Ahtletic, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green gave his thoughts on who is the favorite to take home the NBA title.

“Well I think it’s hard to say the Brooklyn Nets aren’t a favorite with the firepower that they have. In saying that, those three guys (James Harden, Durant and Kyrie Irving) have played what, six games together, seven games together?”

While Green is essentially picking the Nets, he isn't confident due to the fact of their superstar trio playing a limited number of games together. It's a valid concern, and the good news is that Harden is getting healthy at the right time and the Nets should be a force to reckon with.

That's not exactly what the Los Angeles Lakers want to hear. Perhaps Green is throwing shade in the direction of LeBron James. Either way, he has a valid point as the Nets' talented trio is the best three-man group in basketball, when they are all healthy, that is.

“But I think if there’s any team that can fucking (do it), if there’s anybody that can beat the system — for lack of a better term — they’ve got three guys that can fucking fill it up with the best of them. And that’s tough to stop.”

Truth be told, the Nets are going to cause serious problems in the playoffs. As for the Warriors, they are locked into a spot in the play-in tournament and are more than likely going to face LeBron and the Lakers in a play-in game, which is something nobody thought would have happened at the beginning of the year.
