Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green in just the eighth player in NBA history to have multiple triple-doubles in the Finals, according to Basketball Reference.

Green recorded his second career Finals triple double on Thursday against the Toronto Raptors. LeBron James has a record 10 triple-doubles in the Finals. Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson has eight.

Larry Bird, Wilt Chamberlain, Bob Cousy, Walt Frazier and Green all have two. It's tremendous company for the Warriors All-Star to be in.

The Warriors lost Game 1 to the Raptors by a final score of 118-109. Green put up 10 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in 40 minutes while shooting 2-of-9 from the field and 6-of-6 from the free-throw line.

Despite the triple-double, the Warriors need Green to play better in Game 2, which is on Sunday. Golden State isn't going to defeat the Raptors with Green shooting just 22.2 percent from the floor.

The Warriors have already ruled Kevin Durant out for Game 2, which means Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Green will once again have to shoulder the load on offense. Hopefully, DeMarcus Cousins gets more minutes in Game 2 and finds his rhythm.

Whatever you think about Green, there is no doubt how important he is for the Warriors. The versatile swingman just continues to put up historic numbers in his career.
