Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green has been out with a calf injury ever since Klay Thompson returned to the team. Green has been absent during a time the Warriors are struggling to win games, losing four of their last five matchups. In this post, though, we’re answering a question on all Dubs fans’ minds: Is Draymond Green playing vs. the Bulls?

Is Draymond Green playing vs. Bulls

The Warriors' most recent defeat was at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night. It was a 118-99 blowout loss, and the game was never close. Stephen Curry finished with just 12 points and Klay Thompson had 11 points. They both struggled with their shot, and it resulted in a beating. It's clear Golden State has missed Green in the lineup.

Green is having a terrific season and is obviously vital to the Warriors' success. He's averaging 7.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 7.4 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.2 blocks while shooting 53.7% from the field, which would be a career-high shooting mark. He directs traffic on offense and is the anchor of an elite defense.

With Green currently out and James Wiseman still recovering, Golden State is missing key frontcourt pieces and struggling. The Warriors are still 30-11 on the season, but they're looking much more vulnerable these days, especially with Curry in the midst of a lengthy slump.

The Dubs play the Bulls at the United Center on Friday, and they could desperately use Draymond Green's services. The team will be without Klay Thompson, who will be on his scheduled rest day on the second half of a back-to-back game.

It was going to be a challenging game to win regardless, with the Bulls currently holding the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Unfortunately, the Warriors are going to have to win without Green and Thompson. Kerr is hoping the Warriors' Swiss Army Knife will be back soon:

So when it comes to Draymond Green playing tonight vs. the Bulls? It's not happening.
