The Golden State Warriors completed a sweep of the Portland Trail Blazers in the Western Conference Finals on Monday night, coming away with a 119-117 victory in overtime.

Stephen Curry had yet another monster performance, racking up 37 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists while making seven 3-pointers, his latest brilliant outing in what was a series full of them.

Meanwhile, Draymond Green, who struggled during the regular season, posted his second straight triple-double, totaling 18 points, 14 boards and 11 assists while going 7-of-13 from the floor.

After Game 4, Green spoke about his chemistry with Curry, per Mark Medina of The Mercury News, saying that he and Steph have “had that trust since 2015,” which was when this Warriors group won its first title.

Golden State entered this series without Kevin Durant after Durant strained his calf in Game 5 of the Dubs' second-round matchup against the Houston Rockets. As a result, some questioned if the Warriors would struggle against the hot Blazers, but instead, Golden State actually played some of its best basketball of the year in a resounding sweep.

Of course, the narrative is now beginning to swing, as people went from doubting whether or not the Warriors could win a championship without Durant to people now wondering if Golden State is actually better without KD on the floor (both of which are rather ridiculous notions).

The Warriors have now moved on to their fifth straight NBA Finals and will await the Milwaukee Bucks or Toronto Raptors, who are currently locked in an Eastern Conference Finals battle in which the Bucks hold a 2-1 lead.
