Green is a multiple time all star but many fans down play his impact on the Warriors. His defensive tenacity and leadership are other qualities that make him such a dynamic talent. He has been a great playmaker throughout his career and this season has been no different. With Klay Thompson out Green has taken on the challenge of making more plays for his teammates this season.
Green's leadership is often under looked on the Warriors. He has helped the development of rookie center James Wiseman this season. Although Wiseman is now out for the season he vastly improved throughout the season.
Green seems to take it as a challenge to get the best out of his Warriors teammates on both ends of the floor. That type of leadership is not something that can be taught and it is clear he is a born leader.
The Warriors are likely going to be in the play-in tournament. While it will be some extra game for them, with Green and Stephen Curry they shouldn't worry as they can win any playoff series. It may not be a typical team with Thompson out but this team is still very dangerous.
Draymond Green will continue to make a huge impact on the Warriors now and in the future.
