Draymond Green still couldn't get over Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies' trash talking antics despite losing to the Golden State Warriors in the playoffs, so much so that he took a rather savage shot at the team over their Christmas challenge.

During the crossover of his podcast with JJ Redick's, Green discussed how “oblivious” the Grizzlies are. To make his point, he brought up how Morant challenged the Warriors to visit Memphis and take them on Christmas, to which Green had to remind the youngster that the champions don't travel during the said holiday schedule.

The Warriors vet went on to talk trash to the Grizzlies, boldly declaring that they are going to take them down on Christmas–that is if the NBA gives them that schedule.

“To show you the level of oblivion, by the way. Ja [Morant] told me on Twitter, ‘Yeah, bring them to the M for Christmas.’ F–k no, nobody's coming to Memphis for Christmas, number one,” Green said, per NBC Sports. “Number two, the champs don't travel for Christmas … I said shout out to LJ, Bron changed that rule years ago where you win the championship you play at home, so maybe we'll see them kids in the bay for Christmas Day. I'll invite them over for dinner. They can have dinner with me and my family after we beat them on Christmas day if that game happens.”

Draymond Green and the Warriors are the champions, and so they definitely have the bragging rights. As for the Grizzlies, they have to walk the talk the next time they meet the Dubs.

Green's latest tirade at the Grizzlies should only fuel a budding rivalry between the NBA's latest dynasty and a rising team that has so much potential. Considering everything that has been said so far, it'll be a HUGE mistake for Adam Silver and the NBA if they don't schedule Golden State versus Memphis for Christmas.
