Draymond Green is known for wearing his heart on his sleeve, but his emotions are a double-edged sword. While his demeanor frequently helps energize the Golden State Warriors, it can sometimes be harmful.

This is one of those instances where Green's on-court behavior can become detrimental.

With Green picking up his sixth technical foul of the playoffs during the Warriors' win over the Toronto Raptors in Game 5 of the NBA Finals on Monday night, the three-time All-Star is now one tech away from being suspended for a game, per Jeff Zilgitt of USA TODAY Sports.

So, if Green draws another technical foul in Game 6 on Thursday evening, he would then be suspended in the event of a potential Game 7, which would be an absolutely devastating blow for a Dubs team that is already short-handed as it is.

Of course, it would not be the first time that Green has been suspended in a finals, as he was famously banned for Game 5 of the 2016 NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers as a result of a dust-up with LeBron James in Game 4.

Green's suspension proved to be a pivotal moment in the series, as the Warriors lost Game 5 and went on to lose the finals in seven games, largely due to the momentum swing following Green's ban.

The 29-year-old came within two assists of a triple-double in Game 5 on Monday evening, finishing with 10 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists while going 4-of-9 from the floor and 2-of-4 from three-point range.

The Raptors currently hold a 3-2 series lead over the Warriors.
