The Golden State Warriors remain undefeated in the young season after Jonas Jerebko, as everyone expected, made the go-ahead basket for the defending champions in a thrilling showdown against the Utah Jazz.

Jerebko tipped-in the game winner with a fraction of a second left on the clock, and the Warriors pulled out a come from behind win against the feisty Jazz, 124-123.

Warriors forward Draymond Green was asked about his thoughts on the game winner. Apparently, his favorite moment of the entire sequence wasn't the shot. It was what ensued after.

Draymond when asked about Jerebko's game winner – "Forget the win, forget the game, my favourite part was he started yelling in the benches face." from nba

Green is one of the most notorious trash-talkers in the league, so it's no surprise that this was his favorite moment.

After the shot, Jerebko threw his fist in celebration right in front of the Utah bench, where he used to sit last season. The 30-year old forward got his revenge on his former squad early.

In 74 games with the Jazz last season, Jerebko played just 15 minutes per contest and averaged 5.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.

The Warriors really had their work cut out for them in this early season match-up against the up-and-coming Jazz, who definitely brought their A-game against the defending champs.

The Dubs, on the other hand, seemed like they had everything going against them. They let the Jazz drop 81 points on them in the first half. They had to climb out of a 16 point hole midway through the third quarter. And they saw Aussie-man Joe Ingles splash in seven threes on them en route to a career-high 27 points.

It may be too early too tell, but this may be a possible Western Conference Finals match-up. For sure, this game had playoff atmosphere written all over it.

The two heavyweights square off again on December 20.
