When Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green talks, everybody listens. He's a treasure trove of interesting soundbites and amusing takes, and his most recent remark on Tuesday is surely among them.

Green, Stephen Curry, and the rest of the Warriors hacked out a statement win over the Phoenix Suns, 122-116 to continue their valiant late push. After the victory, Green was asked about his thoughts being an underdog in the NBA Playoffs. And in good old Draymond Green fashion, he had a perfect analogy (via Warriors reporter Wes Goldberg).

“We were to hunters, then we turned into the hunted for five, six years. And now, we're hunting again.”

Talk about sending a strong message to opponents. His intimidating intimation will also surely get Warriors fans fired up. With Curry shooting the lights out in historic fashion and Green finding his moxie, no team would want to face the Warriors in the play-in tournament or the NBA Playoffs.

It's hard not to visualize the Warriors looking like those old-school hunters with old-school tools, looking for their next victim. Of course, Green would be at the front of the pack, with Curry not too far behind firing on-target arrows.

Green had another triple-double against the Suns, ending up with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists, plus four steals. His performance made up for the rare poor shooting of Curry, who finished with 21 points on anemic 7-of-22 marksmanship. Green said their win showed they're more than just a Stephen Curry squad.

The hunt continues for Draymond Green and the Warriors. Up next on the list: Anyone who's not with the Warriors.
