This summer is setting up to be a big one for a lot of potential free agents. The big names everyone is focused on is LeBron James and Paul George, but a lot of people forget that Kevin Durant is also going to be an unrestricted free agent.

He doesn't get talked about a ton in terms of free agency because most believe that he will be back in Golden State with the Warriors, but there has been a push as of late by some to try and get Durant on a different team, and Jared Dudley is on board with that.

Dudley said on Twitter that after Durant gets his second ring, he should leave the Warriors, and try to win one as the leader of his own team.

When Durant left Oklahoma City to join the Warriors he did so because he was always sick of being second fiddle behind LeBron James and wanted to prove that he was one of the best in the NBA.

With the Warriors, he has at least one championship under his belt, but he is still second fiddle to someone on his own team, Stephen Curry.

In eyes of most Warriors fans, Curry can't do much wrong, so when the Warriors struggle it's because of something Durant is doing. If Kevin Durant doesn't ever win a title without Curry that could be a big tarnish mark on his legacy. In the same way that James got bashed for going to Miami, the same could end up being said when it's all said and done for Durant.
