Jonas Jerebko finds himself in a great situation. He's joining the two-time defending champion Golden State Warriors who only seem to be improving. Jerebko is a role player that could fit in nicely with the Warriors.

“Obviously we got a great team. I'm gonna do whatever it takes. I'm gonna play defense, get rebounds, set screens, get guys open, find the open man, and I've been able to knock down an open shot.”

Jerebko should fit in nicely on the second unit for the Warriors. He's a versatile big man who can knock down shots. Surprisingly enough, a second unit scoring punch is something that the Warriors needed to address this offseason.

The Swedish born 31-year-old brings experience as well. He's played on three different teams over the span of an eight-year career. He was most recently with the Utah Jazz for one season.

The big man hit on over 40 percent of his three-point attempts last year. Being able to stretch the floor is a key for the Warriors and Jerebko's success from behind the arc should fit perfectly into the Warriors scheme.

Jerebko's signing was dwarfed by the signing of DeMarcus Cousins, but he will go a long way towards helping the Warriors win a third straight championship. He brings an added layer of depth at the forward position, something the Warriors need.
