The Golden State Warriors own the best record in the NBA and Jordan Poole has been a huge part of that. Coming off a season in which Stephen Curry was virtually a one-man offense and Klay Thompson still on the sidelines, Poole has been a massive boon for the Dubs.

The Warriors guard has averaged 18.4 points per game on an efficient 45.8% shooting clip from the field. He's also fresh off back to back games of 33 and 32 points, both resulting in wins for Golden State.

His improved play drew some immense praise from Warriors icon Klay Thompson, who took to Twitter to express his admiration for the third-year guard.

“Proud vet is an understatement,” said Thompson. “I’ve seen this man put in the work everyday for the last few years and his future is incredibly bright.”

Jordan Poole didn't take long to respond to the Warriors star, sending Klay some love right back his way on Instagram.

“This means a lot bruh … a real one. The physical and even more, the mental toughness you've shown, has inspired every last one of us. We holding it down until U get back big bruh, s–t getting scary.”

The Warriors already look like championship favorites once more, and they're only getting better thanks to improved play from Jordan Poole and the looming return of Klay Thompson.
