JaVale McGee used to be a fan favorite during his time with the Golden State Warriors. Juan Toscano-Anderson let him know he's the new apple of their eye.

JTA straight up detonated on McGee during Suns-Warriors round two, throwing down a massive tomahawk slam on the former Dub Nation big man. Check out the highlight below:

Juan Toscano-Anderson was asked about it during the postgame presser. The Warriors forward admitted that it was probably the best in-game dunk of his life.

Via ClutchPoints Warriors reporter Mark Haynes:

“That's the best dunk I think I've ever had in a game…That was on a seven-footer. We're the two best teams in the league. I'm playing for the Warriors. It's like the perfect Sunday. Whipped cream, the cherry sprinkles all that.”

But beyond that lone dunk, JTA has been invaluable for the Warriors' depth – and that was on full display on Friday night. He posted 17 points on 7-for-8 shooting to go along with five rebounds and five assists. He also tallied a +16 on the box score, which was the most by any player off the bench.

The Golden State Warriors have looked like the team to beat thanks to their unflappable chemistry and roster versatility. Juan Toscano-Anderson has been a vital cog to their attack in many little ways, but for just one play he made sure to get loud.
