San Francisco, CA – The Bay Area is the home of the Splash Brothers – Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. When you think of the Golden State Warriors, you imagine a high-powered offense and 3-point bombs. Nowadays, the team is much younger and more of a defensive-minded team that relies on its bench to provide energy when entering the game.

This season, Juan Toscano-Anderson has emerged as the leader of the Warriors' second unit. He understands bringing some flash off the bench is needed to pump the starters up. Toscano-Anderson has had some big-time dunks this season, and Curry and company love it. Toscano-Anderson was asked about his favorite dunk this year:

“Probably the one in Cleveland. I got a good one today too. I am 28, knocking on 30 soon, I don’t dunk as much as I used to, but I can still get up there when need be. When I see that opportunity, I am definitely going to take it,” the Warriors big told ClutchPoints.

JTA had a nice two-handed slam against the Thunder in a game they won 118-97. Forward Darius Bazley attempted to block the dunk, but JTA was already in flight for Golden State.

“It is always fun having exciting plays. Those are momentum plays. Whether it is me or anyone else, that is a big play. It can get things going. I was excited about that. Hopefully, someone got a good pic of that dunk so I can post it on Instagram,” Toscano-Anderson said.

Toscano-Anderson, the Oakland native, has been one of the most reliable players on the team this season. At only 6'6, he's had the difficult task of defending all five positions. What he lacks in size when guarding seven-footers, he makes up with tremendous heart. He is the true definition of a Warrior.
