The Atlanta Hawks aired an interesting tribute to their former player, now Golden State Warriors swingman Kent Bazemore, on Sunday.

While most teams show highlight clips whenever an ex-player is in town, the Hawks brass decided to bring back Bazemore's infamous video bomb moments dubbed as the ā€œBaze Gazeā€ segment.

Prior to the Hawks' 117-111 dismantling of Bazemore and the Warriors at State Farm Arena, Atlanta hilariously reminisced about the lefty swingman's goofiest moments with the team.

Bazemore seemed to have appreciated the gesture, as he re-tweeted the clip after the match.

Kent Bazemore put up just two points, three rebounds, one assist and two steals in 16 minutes of action for the Warriors in his return to Atlanta. The 31-year-old winger played five seasons with the Hawks from 2014-19. He became a vital part of the team's second unit during his stint and was a dependable 3-and-D guy during their playoff runs.

The 6-foot-4 shooter had his best years in a Hawks jersey, averaging 10.4 points on 35.5 percent shooting from past the arc in 355 games for the Hawks.

Baze, of course, has been known for being a fun guy on the court, judging by his hilarious bench celebrations in his early years in the league. That Baze Gaze definitely elicited a lot of laughs among Hawks fans.

All fun aside, Bazemore knows that he and the Warriors will need to take things seriously if they want to even qualify for the play-in tournament. They are currently on a three-game skid, with the likes of the Sacramento Kings and New Orleans Pelicans right on their tail for the 10th seed and final spot for the play-in.
