Golden State Warriors president Bob Myers recently stated there “wasn't joy” when the Dubs won the 2018 NBA title with Kevin Durant.

In true KD fashion, it did not take long for Durant to fire back at his former employer. Below is a screenshot of the former back-to-back Finals MVP commenting on an image containing Myers' recent quote:

Warriors, Kevin Durant

The Brooklyn Nets superstar clearly took some offense to Myers' comments and decided that it would be a good idea to clap back at the high-ranking executive using his personal account, not even a burner.

In his earlier statement, it did not seem as though Myers was taking a jab directly at Durant, though. What he was saying was that since the Warriors were the heavy favorite to win the title in 2018, actually winning it brought forth more of a feeling of relief as opposed to bliss. Myers was just relieved they were able to meet everybody's extremely high expectations.

To be fair to Durant, his comment was not exactly on haymaker levels. He was just pointing out the fact that the Warriors actually did look like they were extremely pleased with the victory.

This is a whole lot of nothing, really, but this just again shows how Durant is always making a constant effort to stay abreast with all the happenings on social media, especially with issues involving himself.
