On Wednesday, the Golden State Warriors beat the San Antonio Spurs by a score of 141-102. Kevin Durant went to the podium and was asked a question about the current landscape of free agency. He became agitated and told the media to “grow up.”

The buzz around the league has been that Durant might leave to go to the New York Knicks this upcoming offseason. He's upset because it seems every night one reporter asks him or his teammates about free agency and player movement. It's a reporter's job to ask these tough questions, and Durant isn't enjoying it in the slightest.

Durant's nine-day silence on the matter ended and it did so in dramatic fashion.

The Knicks had traded Kristaps Porzingis to the Dallas Mavericks this past week. This allowed them to clear two max free agent slots in their cap. Somebody like Kyrie Irving and Durant could create a super team in New York in one of the most storied franchises in the history of the league.

The Warriors are now 38-15 and sit in the 1st seed of the NBA's Western Conference. They are a game and a half ahead of the Denver Nuggets. They will face off against the Phoenix Suns at Talking Stick arena this upcoming Friday.
