Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant is listed as questionable ahead of the team's Wednesday night showdown against his former team, the Oklahoma City Thunder, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic.

Durant missed Sunday night's game against the Brooklyn Nets after having his hands full in a comeback win against the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday.

Head coach Steve Kerr noted the lanky small forward was still feeling some soreness in his sprained left ankle.

The Warriors practiced at St. John's University prior to taking a flight to Oklahoma City, reuniting with former franchise legends Chris Mullin and Mitch Richmond — the head coach and assistant at the popular Roman-Catholic private school.

Durant has now missed two of the last six games, the first with a left thigh contusion stemming from a first-quarter collision in a physical game against the Miami Heat.

The Warriors have won both games without him, the latest thanks to a season-high 39-point performance from Stephen Curry, along with 23 points from Klay Thompson.

Durant's return could make this a bar-measuring game against the newly-formed Big Three in Oklahoma City, facing former budding star Russell Westbrook, along with new additions Carmelo Anthony and Paul George.

Durant added later that he feels like he will be good to go for the game.
