Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant has been lighting it up in the NBA postseason, and an NBA Finals appearance would allow Durant to display his brand new signature shoes, the Nike KD11's.

As posted by Bleacher Report:

As posted by Sneaker News, KD's kicks feature Nike React foam cushioning which has proven to provide better support for athletes. Also, the shoes make use of a one-piece Flyknit upper and an external heel that goes up high at the heel and ends with the pull-tab extension. It has also KD’s logo on the heel. The concentric circle design suggests Durant's elite shooting ability.

It is set to be launched towards the end of June during the NBA Playoffs. If the Warriors beat the Houston Rockets, fans will get a good glimpse at it in the NBA Finals.

Durant's sneakers have been one of the most popular among signature shoes. As reported by Kurt Badenhausen of Forbes, the best selling shoes in 2017 are:

1. LeBron James
2. Kyrie Irving
3. Kevin Durant
4. Stephen Curry
5. Michael Jordan

Durant, actually swapped places with his teammate Stephen Curry — who's with Under Armour. The reasons, however, may not entirely be due to popularity. According to NPD Group analyst Matt Powell:

“Under Armour had a couple of good shoes, but they really overshot the market and made more than there was demand for,” says Powell.
