San Francisco, CA – If you saw the Golden State Warriors versus the Houston Rockets game on Friday night, you probably said exactly what Kevon Looney shared when he found out that he just witnessed Stephen Curry's first game-winning shot.

“I didn’t know that,” Looney told ClutchPoints. “I assumed that he has had one before but I guess not. Like I said, that doesn’t happen that often. When something like that happens you have to celebrate it and enjoy the moment to stay in the present.”

When the ball left Curry's hands he knew it was going in. After a tough night, his biggest basket was a beauty that hit nothing but the bottom of the net. The crowd went wild inside the Chase Center and the celebration began immediately.

The Warriors struggled to score most of the game but nobody struggled more than their superstar Stephen Curry. He made the shot that mattered most but didn't shoot the ball well overall. The two-time MVP had 22 points and was 6-of-21 from the field and 4-of-13 from beyond the arc.

After shooting the ball poorly all night, when it came to the final shot of the game, Curry was still the last person the Rockets wanted to shoot the ball. The Warriors got it in his hands easily and the rest was history.

The Dubs get a day off before they face Rudy Gobert and the Utah Jazz. It will be their fourth out of seven straight home games.
