Despite missing out on the entirety of the 2019-20 season (thus far), it is clear that Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson has not lost one bit of his supreme confidence.
Dubs teammate Draymond Green recently went on the All The Smoke podcast with former NBA players Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson, and one of the topics revolved around Thompson. When Green once questioned Klay's shot selection, the latter's NSFW response was classic Klay Thompson.

It's hard to argue about that, as Thompson is truly one of the best shooters in the game today — maybe even ever. He is a career 41.9-percent shooter from distance on 7.0 attempts per game, so it is clear where his strength lies. The Warriors are also well aware of the same, which is why the 30-year-old is currently on a massive $190 million, five-year max deal with the team.
Green is definitely one of the most outspoken players in the league, and he does not shy away from criticizing his own teammates whenever he deems necessary. As it turns out, though, Thompson has the perfect response to him with regards to his shot selection.
Thompson's rehab on his ACL injury seems to be going well, and there appears to have been no setbacks. He is in line to make a full recovery, and should be ready to go once the 2020-21 season kicks in. The current league suspension will likely cause a delay on next season's start date, which will give Thompson even more time to get back to full speed. We're pretty sure Warriors fans just can't wait.
