Golden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson thinks basketball fans everywhere enjoy the way the Dubs play basketball.
The Warriors have three of the most exciting players in the league in Thompson, point guard Stephen Curry and small forward Kevin Durant. The ball never sticks in Golden State and the team plays at a frantic pace which is fun to watch.
Thompson is aware that kids love to play with the Warriors on NBA 2K since they are the best team in the league and the video game.
“I think people like when we play,” Durant told Jon Wertheim of Sports Illustrated. “It's exciting. The ball moves. I mean, we got a guy who can score from anywhere, a guy who shoot from anywhere. Dudes who can fly over the rim. I know the kids love playin' with us in 2K, so I think we’re still cool amongst the youth.”
The Warriors have won two-straight titles and three out of the last four championships. The Dubs will probably win the ring again this season.
There are a lot of fans who hate Golden State, but not because of the way they play basketball. It's pretty much impossible to dislike the brand of basketball the Warriors play. There are a few people who hate the Dubs because they are just so dominant.
