The era of #ReporterKlay has begun on Saturday, as Chase Center welcomed its injured superstar Klay Thompson to the commentary booth against the Detroit Pistons. One of his responsibilities was to interview the best player of the game, which just happened to be his Golden State Warriors teammate and fellow Splash Brother Stephen Curry.

Sure enough, the two Warriors superstars exchanged some friendly banter, which made up for one hilarious postgame interview. Thompson questioned Curry on a variety of topics, starting from what it's like getting hit in the face by a Draymond Green pass. He also asked the two-time NBA MVP when he will break Ray Allen's record for most 3-pointers in NBA history.

But perhaps the most hysterical moment came when Thompson put his teammate on the spot and asked who is the better commentator between Dell Curry and Mychal Thompson. Curry understandably picked his old man, prompting a walkout from Thompson.

Here's the full interview.

With Klay Thompson in the building, Stephen Curry and the rest of the Warriors made sure they came out victorious on Saturday.

The Dubs easily dispatched the Pistons 118-91 and improved their record to 11-9. Curry and Thompson, meanwhile, have not shared the court in over two years. Still, it's quite evident that the chemistry between the two remains as strong as ever.
