The entire world is in a huge fight with the coronavirus, and everyone is uncertain regarding the proper approach to the problem. Golden State Warriors' Klay Thompson reminded fans that there's only one way to fight the biggest threat to everyone's health in a good while: education.

The Warriors shooting guard took to his Twitter account to remind fans that the approach to winning the war against the coronavirus is similar to how the Warriors approach their basketball games. Learning everything there is to know about the coronavirus will be important in stemming the damage the virus will cause.

Thompson then suggested to everyone to visit CDC's website to learn about the specifics about the virus.

“The best way to beat an opponent, is to know everything you possibly can about them,” Thompson said. “To get facts and the truth about the Coronavirus, visit the CDC’s website at CDC.gov. Most importantly, stay calm and stay informed. Together, we will get thru this.”

Klay will not play a single minute of basketball this season as he's still recovering from his torn ACL injury and Steve Kerr chose not to force Klay back to the team this season. However, he's not invisible from the team. He's always visible to Warriors fans and is consistently cheering on his teammates from the sidelines.

Like Klay, it will likely take a good long while before fans can see their favorite NBA players play again. However, fans must remember that all of this is being done in the name of public safety. As long as everyone follows the suggested course of action in preventing the spread of the virus, then everything should go back to how it was sooner or later.
