It's no secret that Draymond Green has not been his usual self for the Golden State Warriors throughout the NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics. The former Defensive Player of the Year has played miserably for the most part, and it's no surprise that he's been on the receiving end of a lot of criticism of late.

For Magic Johnson, however, the Los Angeles Lakers icon remains confident in Green's ability to bounce back. So much so, that the Hall of Famer has issued a bold challenge for the Warriors stud for Monday's Game 5 bout:

“I’m looking forward to a triple double from Draymond Green tomorrow!” Johnson said in his tweet.

In the first four games of the series, Green has put up averages of 4.3 points on 23.1 percent shooting, 7.3 rebounds, and 5.8 assists. Those are not exactly triple-double numbers, and there's no denying that the Warriors vet is in the midst of a funk.

Nevertheless, Magic Johnson believes that Green is about to come back in a major way in Game 5. Magic knows what the Warriors star is capable of and he's confident that Dray has what it takes to silence his naysayers with a big performance on Monday night.
