There are no shortage of great shooters on the Golden State Warriors. From the Splash Brothers, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, to Kevin Durant, the Warriors have three of the best shooters of all-time all on the same team.

However, new Warrior Nick Young didn’t pick either of those three when asked who the best shooter on the team was. He didn’t pick himself, which was also in play given Swaggy P's irrational confidence. Instead, Young picked his head coach, Steve Kerr, as the best shooter on the team, per The Athletic’s Anthony Slater.

To be fair to Young, Kerr was a terrific shooter in his day. He was a former three-point champion and owns the highest-ever career three-point percentage in NBA history at 45 percent. But still, that’s some high-level sucking up by Swaggy P right there.

Young will likely find playing time hard to come by this season seeing as he’s behind the likes of Thompson, Andre Iguodala, and possibly even Patrick McCaw on the wing depth chart. But maybe by buttering up his head coach, he could just squeeze a few more minutes out of Kerr.
