Nike has added Golden State Warriors superstar Kevin Durant's latest shoe, the KD 11, to their NIKEiD customization engine. NBA enthusiasts are now able to go online and create their very own colorway for a shoe designed by Durant, with some really cool options.

Durant had the third best-selling signature sneaker in 2017, trailing only LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, with Stephen Curry and retired icon Michael Jordan rounding out the top five. In 2017, Durant and Curry actually swapped places as the small forward leaped over his counterpart for the year in sneaker sales.

Durant collected his second championship with the Warriors this past June, as the scoring machine averaged 28.8 points, 10.8 rebounds and 7.5 assists in the emphatic NBA Finals series sweep over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Warriors took steps this offseason in order to sustain their dominance on the league, as they signed All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins on a one-year, $5.3 million deal. Cousins joins Durant and Co. on a quest for the first three-peat in franchise history.

Considering the accolades he has received since joining the organization, it’s safe to say Durant’s career in a Warriors uniform has been a success so far. He may call the Bay Area home now, but it wasn’t too long ago that Oklahoma City Thunder fans were chanting his name with the same gusto.

Perhaps the Thunder fans who still adore Durant despite his decision will create Durant’s new shoe with a Thunder colorway. They also have the ability to go back to their roots and create a colorway in honor of the Seattle SuperSonics, the city Durant first played in.
