NBA players have been using their large platforms at the Walt Disney World bubble to fight against systemic racism and police brutality, and Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry is incredibly proud of his fellow athletes using their voice.

Curry, whose Warriors weren't invited to play at the bubble since they had the worst record in the NBA before games were suspended in March, thinks the players at Disney World deserve immense credit for all the sacrifices they have made.

“It's just great to know everybody put their heads together, I know how much sacrifice the guys went through when they were down there in the bubble to put basketball back on TV,” Warriors star Stephen Curry told Scott Polacek of Bleacher Report.

“And, not just that, but what they stood for in terms of social justice and speaking for those who can't speak for themselves and using that as a platform. I'm really proud of everybody that had a part in making it happen.”

Along with players having social justice messages on their jerseys, guys have been kneeling during the national anthem and seeking justice for Breonna Taylor, whose killers still haven't been charged in her murder.

Moreover, in the wake of the Jacob Blake shooting in Wisconsin, teams decided not to play in playoff games as their way of sending a message that “enough is enough.”

As one of the faces of the league, it's important that Curry stands behind his NBA brethren. The Warriors legend has already talked about possibly kneeling during the national anthem whenever the 2020-21 season starts as his way of peacefully protesting racism and police brutality against Black people and people of color.
