According to ESPN's Stephen A. Smith, Kevin Durant was not feeling Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr at all during his three-year tenure with Golden State.

Smith reported in July that Durant wasn't fond of Kerr despite winning two titles with the Dubs. On ESPN's First Take on Wednesday, Smith reported that Durant would spend more time with general manager Bob Myers because he didn't mesh with Kerr.

“KD's relationship with Steve Kerr was not good,” Smith said. “And I'm not saying Steve Kerr did anything, I'm not saying there was some fall out…From what I was told, KD was not feeling Steve Kerr at all.”

Kevin Durant left the Warriors this offseason for the Brooklyn Nets, signing a four-year deal with Brooklyn. The two-time Finals MVP told the Wall Street Journal he felt like an outsider in Golden State at times and that the Warriors' motion offense only worked to a certain point.

Durant finished his Warriors career with averages of 25.8 points in 208 regular season games. Despite not having the best relationship with Steve Kerr, KD was still flourishing in Golden State. The Warriors probably win their third straight title in 2019 if Durant doesn't go down with the Achilles tear.
