Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry texted Andre Iguodala on Tuesday to tell him how much he misses him.

The Warriors had to trade Iguodala to the Memphis Grizzlies this summer to free up cap space to sign D'Angelo Russell.

Andre Iguodala and Stephen Curry won three championships together. Iggy will always be loved by Warriors players and fans no matter where he plays.

No one really knows where Iguodala is going to play next, though. He's not expected to play a single minute for the rebuilding Grizzlies. Iguodala and Memphis, in fact, reached an agreement to keep the 2015 Finals MVP out of training camp.

Last season for the Warriors, Iguodala averaged 5.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists while shooting 50.0 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from beyond the arc and 58.2 percent from the free-throw line. The 35-year-old swingman put up 9.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists in the 2019 playoffs, where the Dubs lost to the Toronto Raptors in the Finals in six games.

The Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers and Houston Rockets are reportedly interested in adding Iguodala, who is owed $17.2 million this season.

Until he finds a new team, Iguodala will be training on his own and reading text messages from Curry, who misses his old pal.
