Tuesday's press conference featuring the Golden State Warriors was an opportunity to discuss the intricacies of Game 3 of the NBA Finals scheduled for Wednesday night. For Dubs superstar Stephen Curry, however, it turned out to be a chance for him to hilariously call out a reporter during an unexpected moment of unprofessional behavior.

Curry took aim at The Athletic's Marcus Thompson after the reporter's phone started ringing right in the middle of the press conference. The Warriors superstar could not help but single Thompson out for his indiscretion:

ā€œMarcus Thompson, unbelievable, I'm calling you out,ā€ Curry said. (h/t NBA on Twitter). ā€œIt's like when you're at church and the pastor's giving a sermon, and you over there with your phone.ā€

The Warriors star then broke into laughter along with the entire room when Thompson apologized for the snafu.

ā€œI'd like to begin by repenting for my press conference sins,ā€ Thompson said.

Hilariously, Thompson's phone started ringing again as he was asking Steph his question. The reporter then revealed that it was his daughter calling him, to which the Warriors talisman responded by saying that he shouldn't put the blame on his kid.

Simply put, these are the types of exchanges Curry has with the media that make him such a well-loved figure among the press. Never change, Steph.
