Stephen Curry has made the extraordinary seem rudimentary. The Golden State Warriors icon has once again redefined NBA history as we know it – not once, but twice.

We were all made witnesses when he overtook shooting legend Ray Allen's 2,973 mark for the all-time lead in career 3-pointers made. Now with nobody ahead of him, the Warriors star is free to blaze a trail that has never been traversed.

Steph Curry reached 3,000 career 3-pointers with this shot in the Warriors' Tuesday night clash against the Denver Nuggets — the first to ever reach that mark, obviously:

Not only did Stephen Curry hit that nice, round milestone with that shot, but he also officially tied the record for most consecutive games with at least one 3-pointer made. That's a record that, of course, that the Warriors guard set himself:

Curry isn't done, either. Safe to say he'll do his best to make sure the next shooting superstar to come along has his work cut out for him.

While the records and milestones are great, Stephen Curry can add to his legacy best with another ring in his trophy cabinet. The Warriors as a unit have looked like the best team in the NBA so far this season, but they'll only go as far as Steph Curry takes them.
