Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry has gone el Fuego against the Los Angeles Clippers at Chase Center on Friday. After that injury scare in their previous match against the Clips, Chef Curry waxed hot from the 3-point area and registered eight 3-pointers in three quarters.

Here's Curry's eight 3-pointer of the game to close out the third period, marking the 50th time he connected on at least eight triples in an NBA game:

Stephen Curry is already regarded as the greatest shooter of all time, so feats like this one shouldn't come as much of a surprise anymore. Still, it's always a marvel to watch the two-time MVP splash long-distance bombs with ease over helpless defenders.

After erupting for a career-high 62 points against the Portland Trail Blazers earlier in the week, Curry has stayed hot since. He abruptly left the game against the Clippers last Wednesday after twisting his ankle upon stepping on Patrick Beverley's foot. There were some concerns that the three-time champion with the Warriors could miss some time following the history of ankle issues he had in the past.

However, judging by the scintillating show he put up, it looks like the 6-foot-3 sniper will be just fine. Curry's career-high mark in 3-pointers stands at 13. If he continues to stay this hot, he has a chance to break the record of his teammate Klay Thompson, who made 14 triples in one game.

Curry certainly has the go-signal from Warriors coach Steve Kerr to let it fly as much as he wants.
