Klay Thompson has not had the best start for the Golden State Warriors in the first two games of the NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics. Thompson has gone just 10-of-33 from the field through Games 1 and 2, while also shooting 4-of-15 from distance. If you ask Stephen Curry, though, it is clear that he's not worried one bit.

Curry knows all too well that his Warriors teammate can get hot at literally any given moment:

“History with him has shown there's no predictor to when he can just take it to another level,” Curry said, via NBA on Twitter. “Regular season (or) playoffs, he's always just found a way to get himself going, especially in the playoffs just to make an impact that's loud, usually is really loud. His demeanor never really changes
If you saw him right now, you'd think he's averaging 50 in this series. He's got just a very confident look about him, and that's the best thing about him. It's all about the work you put in, it's about the mindset. He doesn't need any teaching points on that, and so that's why there's so much confidence that at any moment he can go off.”

Despite Thompson's poor shooting in Game 2, the Warriors still managed to get a win. This should be viewed as a major problem by the Celtics because the moment Klay catches fire — and it's only a matter of time before this happens — then Golden State is going to be really, really hard to beat.
