Thursday night against the Milwaukee Bucks, Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry didn't hit a 3-pointer, marking only the fifth time that has happened in the last 271 games the two-time league MVP has played in.

Curry scored just 10 points versus the Bucks on 5-of-14 shooting from the field. The sharpshooter left the game in the third quarter with a groin injury and did not return.

The Warriors announced Friday that Stephen Curry has a mild to moderate left groin strain.

No one on the Warriors was able to get it going against the Bucks. Milwaukee won by a final score of 134-111 and was clicking on all cylinders for 48 minutes.

Stephen Curry is going to go down as the greatest shooter in NBA history when his playing career is over. Even the great ones have games where they can't hit a shot, and Thursday night just happened to be that type of game for the Warriors point guard.

Even with the off night, Stephen Curry is still putting up stellar numbers on the season. The five-time All-Star is averaging 29.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 6.1 assists through 12 games while shooting 51.5 percent from the field, 49.2 percent from beyond the arc and 92.3 percent from the free-throw line.
