Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry had an interesting response when quizzed to share his thoughts on possibly breaking Ray Allen's all-time record.

After the Warriors' 126-95 thumping of the Orlando Magic, the buzz about Stephen Curry being on course to surpass Ray Allen‘s the number one three-point shooter of all-time, having nailed a whopping tally of seven three-pointers.

As things stand, Curry is just 15 made three-point shots away from breaking Allen's record, and the media has been excited to know what he feels about the subject. While many are hyped about it, the Warriors talisman. meanwhile, remains unfazed.

However, the fact that Curry had mentioned about crying while talking about the matter gives people a hint that it will be a truly emotional moment for the two-time MVP.

“Umm … I’ll talk about it when it happens,” Curry said of breaking Allen's record via NBC Sports. “You’re gonna make me cry up here, bruh. Don’t do that. Don’t do that.”

Curry could finally achieve the said feat on Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers, on Saturday against Philadelphia or sometime next week. Either way, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr stressed that the decision he will make regarding Curry's playing time will be crucial.

“I actually considered that last night,” Kerr said via 95.7 The Game. “I thought about it because I’m driving home and I’m thinking ‘Alright if Steph actually did that and made like 15 threes that means he’s got about 45 points minimum and we’re probably winning by a healthy margin I’m guessing. That would make me the villain if I take him out. And yet if I don’t take him out, I’m a complete fool because he could get hurt. It’s pretty much a lose-lose for me’.”
