The undersized Golden State Warriors have been one of the top rebounding teams in the NBA for the majority of the season. A little past the halfway mark of the season that has changed some. One thing that hasn't changed is the effort that superstar Stephen Curry has been giving on the glass.

The two-time MVP is averaging 5.5 rebounds per game and that's good enough to tie his career-high for a season. That's great but some of his bigger teammates have not grabbed as many boards as him. Kevon Looney isn't one of those players and when Curry got asked about his teammates needing to help rebound more here's what he had to say.

“We always need more from everybody,” the Warriors star told ClutchPoints. “I think I'll make a joke. I stole two rebounds from Loon last game, and we laughed about it. So he should have had two more. I was just in the right place at the right time. But over the course of the game, we definitely need more from everybody.”

Wednesday night was the first game of a back-to-back, and the Warriors were blown out by the Utah Jazz. They were out-rebounded 52-35 in the 111-85 defeat. It wasn't all about rebounding, but it's the one thing the Dubs have struggled with lately.

The latest displays of lack of rebounding have brought up the question of are the Warriors big enough, and with the trade deadline hours away there is some pressure to decide on that question. At the end of the day what the Warriors have done has worked all year, and bad games happen. So management may decide they're ok and the team will go with what they got.
