Sunday night, the Splash Brothers were reunited inside the Chase Center. Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry shared the court as members of the Golden State Warriors for the first time in over 900 days, with the Dubs earning a 96-82 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday night.

Thompson's return happened after Curry broke the NBA record for 3-pointers made for a career inside Madison Square Garden. Although Thompson wasn't there to celebrate with his Warriors teammate, Curry took something with him to make it feel like he was present.

He took Thompson's jersey and hung it in his locker.

“It was amazing to honor him even though he wasn't there. To let him know I'm not the shooter I am if I don't get to see Klay every single day doing what he does,” Curry told ClutchPoints.

Thompson and Curry are two of the best shooters to play in the NBA. The friendly battles the Warriors stars have had over the years helped mold them into the elite shooters they are today. You often see them shooting together and having small competitions. They are the true definition of iron sharpens iron.

It rubs off on their teammates and that's one of the best things about having them together. They both like to see others win especially each other. If one has something to celebrate, they both do. Their friendship and relationship on and off the court is really something special.

There might not ever be another duo like Thompson and Curry, two selfless scorers who can heat up instantly and make it a long night for opposing teams. So, the Warriors and their fans have to enjoy them while they can.
