Despite his most recent injury, Stephen Curry is not short of confidence in his team through this December stretch, noting the Warriors would make a run of their own.

The two-time MVP chimed in on the comments section of the Warriors Talk Instagram account, predicting his team will win 12 of the 12 remaining games of the month.

Curry is slated to be re-evaluated in two weeks after suffering a nasty sprained right ankle by tripping on E'Twaun Moore's shoe during Monday's tilt against the New Orleans Pelicans. The Warriors' floor general has had a history of ailing ankles early in his career, but poses a strong case given the team's remaining schedule for December.

The Warriors will play five teams that are currently under the .500 mark, including twice against the Los Angeles Lakers, the Memphis Grizzlies, and the Charlotte Hornets, who they face tonight.

The only real threat they face is a Christmas Day matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, but given Curry's current timetable, he's only slated to miss five games, with a possible return at home against the Grizzlies if there aren't any setbacks in his recovery.

Curry's team-leading 26.3 points per game will be tough to replace on a nightly basis, but perhaps his absence can prove key in fixing some of the fundamental mistakes that have plagued this team through the early stretch of the season.
