SAN FRANCISCO — The second-round series between the Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies has brought about plenty of drama. There have been unfortunate injuries, questionable fouls and ejections with all these emotions running high.

During Game 1, Draymond Green got ejected after a Flagrant 2 on Brandon Clarke. In Game 2, Gary Payton II was injured by a Flagrant 2 by Dillon Brooks. The hard foul left Payton with a fractured elbow.

This trend of misfortune continued in the teams' third meeting. Ja Morant was injured in the fourth quarter on a play that looked like Jordan Poole accidentally grabbed his knee. Many think that is the play that hurt the All-Star guard, and Memphis is calling it a dirty play. Warriors star Stephen Curry spoke about it in his postgame interview, and he isn't happy about the things being said.

“There's nothing malicious about what Jordan did,” Curry told ClutchPoints. “There's no comparison to what Dillon did or Draymond. … It’s not a joking matter. Ja’s hurt. The rest of it is just total BS.”

As expected, all of Poole’s teammates sided with him, and the Grizzlies stood behind their star player in Morant. The NBA will be reviewing the incident, and it could result in disciplinary action. In every game in this series, either a player has been ejected or suspended. That's unfortunate because both teams have played great basketball.

The Warriors took a 2-1 series lead with a 142-112 win over the Grizzlies. Game 4 will be on Monday inside the Chase Center as the Warriors try to take full control with a 3-1 lead.
