Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr is totally OK with Stephen Curry and Draymond Green poking fun at Klay Thompson's NBA 75 team snub.

A seemingly bitter Klay Thompson expressed his disappointment on his exclusion in the NBA’s 75 greatest players. In their own unique way, Thompson’s Warriors co-stars Stephen Curry and Draymond Green decided to mock him over the said snub.

While some may think that Curry and Green’s act was a bit harsh, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr doesn’t view it that way. In fact, he even sees the positive in it by stressing that if it could motivate Thompson, then let it be.

“You have to have humor with everything and his teammates [Curry and Green] obviously got that done to have a laugh with him,” Kerr told NBC Sports. “But I think all these guys, they are so competitive by nature. They wouldn't have made it this far if they weren't really competitive and at some point, guys latch onto things to drive them.”

“Klay's accomplished pretty much everything,” he continued. “He's a multi-time champion, a multi-time All-Star, one of the great 3-point shooters ever. He's already competitive but if that's what it takes to make him more competitive, then we'll take it.”

Aside from Thompson, Green also didn’t make the list. For Kerr, regardless of what metric the NBA used to determine the 75 greatest players of all time, he is certain the pair deserved to make the cut.

“I definitely think that both guys [Thompson and Green] are top 75,” he reckoned.
