The Golden State Warriors played a near perfect game on Sunday night, but there was one slight slip up that might cost them later in the playoffs.

Draymond Green and Trevor Ariza got into a scuffle during the 4th quarter and each player was assessed a technical foul. The Houston Rockets were down big at the time, and it looked like Ariza was just trying to bait Green into getting himself into some trouble.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr wasn't happy with the technical and said the team will send it into the league to review.

Steve Kerr on Draymond Green's Game 3 technical via Anthony Slater of The Athletic: “I thought it was unfair.” Said they'll reach out to the league in hopes it'll get rescinded.

In the playoffs, it only takes seven technicals to get a one-game suspension, and the technical in Game 3 was the third of the playoffs for Draymond Green. He really isn't in any danger right now to get suspended, but with a player like Green, the Warriors would like to have as many technicals as they can get to work with.

As this season has gone on, the refs have seemed to become more and more lenient with Green in terms of giving out technicals, so it was a bit of a surprise that he was given a technical on a play he didn't really seem to do much wrong on.

It will be interesting to see what the league office has to say about this and if they will take back the technical foul.
