Golden State Warriors Steve Kerr clarifies earlier reports that Stephen Curry would be out for three weeks.

As posted by Mark Medina of The Mercury News, Kerr cleared Curry's situation. Various media outlets reported that Curry will be out for three weeks. Kerr said that there is no definite timetable so far:

“It was probably a miscommunication… We don't have any timetable for this.”

Below is the video in full of Kerr discussing the Curry situation among other things:

To recall, Curry suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain on March 23 and missed all the Warriors' games since. He is not expected to suit up in their first-round series against the San Antonio Spurs.

The Warriors PR reported last week that Curry will intensify on-court rehabilitation with more running and lateral movement. They also shared that the guard has made “steady functional progress.”

Below is the full statement:

Without Curry, the Warriors have managed to seal a 2-0 lead over the Spurs. This is due to the steady play of their remaining superstars Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Kevin Durant. The Warriors supporting crew, too, have filled in the void.

Given that the Spurs have been struggling all season long, Curry's presence on the court is not really needed. Yet he still lends his support by sitting on the sidelines.

Though Kerr said that there is no timetable for this, several sources relate that Curry is looking at the Western Seminals for his return.
