Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has refused to explain what his team would look like once Klay Thompson returns.

Despite not having their second best player this season, the Warriors still managed to outperform their opponents and are now the best team in the league.

Undeniably, the second unit, which is led by Jordan Poole, has become a pillar of the Warriors' remarkable run. Things are about to get even more exciting when All-Star guard Klay Thompson makes his comeback. However, coach Kerr isn't really sure about what lies ahead as he has already found suitable backcourt mates for Stephen Curry.

“I haven’t thought about it yet. I can’t think ahead and think about where Klay (Thompson) is going to play,” Kerr admitted via NBC Sports. “Obviously, he’ll start. What does that mean? I don’t know yet. I’ll think about it when we get there, because who knows who’s going to be there.”

Acknowledging the talent the Warriors have at the moment, Steph Curry had previously assessed that “balancing” the said talent has become the “challenge” for them so far.

“That is the challenge of what we have in terms of balancing how many guys you can throw out there every single night and creating a solid rotation that’s going to help us win a championship, so that’s the secret sauce right now,” Curry said.

Kerr had already made certain changes in his rotation and substitution patterns. It is very likely that the Warriors will come up with new approaches when Thompson rejoins the squad.
