Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry will be active in the starting lineup for the Warriors in their upcoming back-to-back games, according to The Athletic's Anthony Slater. Curry, who was recently sidelined because of a tailbone injury, missed the second game of their recent back-to-back.

At this point, the Warriors need Curry more than ever. They currently sit at 10th place in the Western Conference standings—just in position to qualify for the play-in tournament. The Dubs won their recent game versus the Milwaukee Bucks in a thrilling 122-121 victory on Tuesday. Curry put up 41 points, six rebounds and four assists in Tuesday’s game, securing their 24th win of the season.

The Warriors clearly depend on Curry for offense against any opponent. When he’s not on the floor, the team suffers tremendously. Just look at the Warriors’ last game versus the Toronto Raptors, who they lost to by 53 points without Curry. The baby-faced assassin is averaging 29.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 6.0 assists this season—the absolute MVP for this Warriors squad this year.

As per head coach Steve Kerr, Dub nation has called out their coach multiple times this season. One reason why is because of how he handled Curry’s minutes at the start of the season. Kerr has made it clear that Curry will only play 34 to 35 minutes on a nightly basis.

It’s going to be interesting to see how Kerr's management of Curry works out in their games moving forward. Will Kerr decide to extend Curry’s minutes now that they need more wins than ever? Or will Curry’s injury keep him under minute restriction? The Warriors have decisions to make and they’ll be doing that as they go up against the Washington Wizards, Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets in the next few days.
