The 2020-21 NBA season has been a year of experimenting for Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr. Against the Utah Jazz on Sunday, Kerr teased a major shake-up to the Dubs' closing lineup.

In their 131-119 win over the Utah Jazz, the Warriors closed out the game with Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Kelly Oubre, Andrew Wiggins and Jordan Poole. Kerr's preference for Poole might have surprised Warriors fans, but the head coach expressed his belief that the 21-year-old can get the job done.

For what it's worth, Draymond Green isn't too surprised to see Jordan Poole earn the trust of Steve Kerr. He knows that the former 28th overall pick has been putting in the work. Green even believes that Poole might be the hardest worker on the team.

Green added that Poole's offensive arsenal may be his biggest asset.

“When he’s playing aggressive, like he did tonight, he’s another scorer, another play-maker, another shooter,” Green said of Poole as the Warriors continue to search for consistent scoring beyond Curry. “He can score at every level, and he has a great feel for the game,” Green said, per Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle.

Poole finished with 18 points in 22 minutes of action. He shot 54.5 percent from the field, going 3-of-5 from deep and 3-of-4 from the free-throw line.

The 22-point performance marks Poole's fourth consecutive game scoring in double digits. His streak started in the Warriors' 118-91 win over the Detroit Pistons where he dropped 18 points. He followed it up with a 26-point output, then a 14-point performance. Poole's offensive production might have caught Kerr's eye.
